Who should be promoted - Nebula (Me) How long you/they have in COD and their current rank -About an hour Why you/they should be promoted - The reason why I think I should be promoted is because I have been noticing that alot of COD Officers have not been on lately and not been active, meaning that alot of people won't be in COD because if no officers people won't be on for promotions, and new jobs in COD. Another reason why I feel like I should recieve a promotion is because I am going to be on for the rest of the month and a couple of days after February meaning i can watch over COD and see how it is progressing and also I can watch over mingers, and self promoters. Last reason why i should deserve a promotion is that I will no abuse my powers in anyway ( I have no friends ;~;)  and will treat everybody the same in COD if they are my friend or not no handicaps What does/could you/they do to help out COD with their new rank? - Like I said I can improve COD in many ways and watch over on how it is progressing also watching for mingers, and people who self promote, and improve the community How long since you/they have been promoted - Less than an hour i got demoted to OCDT Requesting LTC How active are you/them? -  Im going to be active for this month and couple of days in March every 2-3 months i will be active for a full month  ( for school reasons)
